Practice Lunchtime Closure Notice – Effective 19^th of January 2026

We are currently experiencing winter pressures and have a shortage of administrative staff. To ensure patient safety during this busy period, we are allocating dedicated time for essential administrative tasks such as referrals, registrations and test result analysis.

Closure Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (for essential training)

Urgent Medical Queries:

If you have an urgent medical concern during these times, please call 07523 637 855. Your query will be sent directly to a practice Clinician for attention.

Prescription Collection:

Please note that prescription collection will not be available between 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM.
